In the world of child photographers, these ruffly chiffon petti-skirts are quite coveted! They are pricey though, running an average of $65-80. I was trying to convince myself to get up the nerve to attempt making one, and in the process came across this clearanced one for a steal! I couldn't pass it up even though I knew I was taking a gamble with it being too small for the twins. They love it and have been fighting over it, so I guess I'll have to go ahead and try to make a few more. I'm practicing on one for Sarah with some tulle I bought for a tutu. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully I'll have something for Valentines pictures!
Normally, the length would fall just below the knee...just a little short here, but the twins don't seem to mind.
