book 'em!

In November, the Oprah show and snapfish.com collaborated to give away free photo books! I took advantage of the offer and had one made up. It is a fabulous product and it's so fun to see my pictures in print - I never print pictures! I used pictures from the year and added little quotes throughout. The book is 20 pages with a hard cover and most photo printing places offer them now for around $30, I think. I definitely recommend giving photo books a try! So much easier and faster than scrapbooking. Here's a little peek at the one I made...

Love the book! I made one for Sam for his birthday about all the things he did in the year before. It turned out cute. I think I'll do it for all of the kids for their birthdays!

Only a photographer takes pictures of her photos ;) Just kidding! If my pictures looked as good as yours, I would invest in a photo book!

Heather, you crack me up! Sherri, great idea to do one for each kid. I'm kinda tempted to do these as baby books since I have sucked at them (and don't even have them for the twins!)

Love your book Jen.. I made one through with the Oprah promotion. I didn't get creative with the background pages... just used black and white but still turned out cute. My mom was here when I got it delivered, she tried to steal it so I am not going to make her one for her bday. :) I think they are great gifts...

PS... love your last page, that is one of my favorite sayings ever.
