New Art!!

It recently occurred to me that I should hit up some of my uber talented peers for some new art! I am so excited about my new pics, I can hardly wait to redecorate the entire house to match. Of course, we are waiting on a new house and job before we do any real redecorating - but at least I have a start.

The picture on the left is of a single blade of grass w/ great smooth bokeh by my friend Lexy aka GreenUtopia. The picture on the right is one of my favorite pictures of all time, by one of my best buds Shannon aka jsbb123. I twisted her arm and traded her the print for some camera strap covers. :)

And the little chicken picture is a print of a large painting that I had been wanting for quite some time. When the amazingly talented artist Tobin Eckian heard for the zillionth time how much I loved it, she shared with me it had been sold to a mystery buyer. Aaaagh! I had big plans for that painting I couldn't afford! A few weeks after learning of the sale, I got this print in the mail. What a great surprise!

I finished framing them all up today and can't wait to hang them! You can click the pic to see them larger.
