A life-long dream fulfilled...

Sarah got to ride on the school bus today! Since she was old enough to say the words, we have been hearing about her dream of one day riding on a school bus. Her preschool class was picked up in the bus for a field trip to the local private kindergarten for a tour. She probably has another year before she can start kindergarten, but I'm sure it inspired her! (Scott took this on his camera phone when he dropped her off. No parents allowed!)

Oh lucky girl!! Ruthie would be so jealous. She told me the other day she wanted to go to kindergarten and ride the bus... Oh it makes me so sad! What a sad day when the field trips are no parent's allowed... the nerve! =]

I hope it was all she had ever dreamed it would be!!

Yup, knowing Sarah (and her mom & dad), she's probably ready for kindergarten... but the nonna in me says "no way she could be old enough - she's just a baby"!
