This past weekend, we made a quick visit to Nebraska to visit hubby's family. While we were there, I took advantage of having a different model around for pictures. This is our niece Raven, and she's quite a change from my usual blue eyed, blonde subjects.

I got a Nikon FM10. Figured it would be best to go completely manual just in case the Peace Corps ships me off somewhere I can't find any batteries or something. Plan on experimenting with it this weekend... should be fun.

I'll probably make a Flickr account so you can see how horrible they look next to yours :-p
